ROTISSERIE
When thinking of the word "rotisserie" most of us would associate it with a slow-cooked chicken. Marjoram Cuisine's unique grill has four cooking surfaces including a 5 shelf carousel rotisserie, open flame grill, oven, and propane burners.

Chef Mari acquired the grill from Screen Door on James Island, where she worked back in 2016. She was a part of the restaurant opening and cooked on the Santa Maria style grill until it was removed from the kitchen by the head chef. She loved it so much and couldn't bare to to see it rust away in the parking lot. So after four years of sitting, she bought it, restored it and made it into a mobile unit! Now she is taking the backyard bbq to the next-level! Her name is Freya and she's the star of the show.
